1. Refund Policy(PREORDERS only includes this following policy!)

  • Refund Before Shipment: You can get a full refund if you request it before the product is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to process this refund.
  • No Refund After Shipment: Once the product has been shipped to you, refunds are not possible. We ask that you make a careful purchase decision to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Non-receipt of Product: If you have not received the product.

2. Return Policy

  • Reasons for Return: Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

    • Non-receipt of Product: If you have not received the product.

    • The product must be unworn and unused, with all tags attached.

3. Non-returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  • Products with Tags Removed
  • Products Not in Original Packaging

4. Shipping Cost Policy

  • Return Shipping Cost: If a return is approved, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.

5. No Geographic Restrictions

We do not have geographic restrictions for returns. You can request a return from anywhere in the world.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return(or refund) the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
