Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the item according to our return policy.

Modifications

  • Changes to the order (such as size, color, or product changes) can be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, modifications are not allowed.

 

 

Subscription Services

  • If you have subscribed to any recurring services or products, you can cancel the subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • Cancellation requests for subscription services should be made through our customer service.

Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

  • Pre-orders and custom orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
  • After 48 hours, pre-orders and custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at noncease@gmail.com with your order details.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed.

Refunds

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
